Rock & Toss Crab House

My family had an awesome time. The food was better than the crab houses I’ve been to that’s similar in style. To our surprise they had Karaoke going on. It was a you’re on your own type of thing because there wasn’t a DJ hosting it. (We still had a ball) They don’t have a bar and they advertise that you can BYOB. The all you can eat is on special for now and I recommend taking advantage of it.

This place Rock(s) literally 😋. I paid a little over $100 for me and my daughter including tip and unlike the other place I rated, it was well worth it! They have appetizers and desserts included with their buffet. They allow you to pick whatever you want off of their list and all of the food is pretty good, including their fried food which is rare for this kind of restaurant. They even have their own secret sauce for the fried shrimp that you see a lot of modern chefs use on their seafood platters. They give you a 90 minute or 2 hour limit but unless you're having a eating competition or a hole in your belly, it is more than enough time. Service was not too bad, it was kind of crowded the day we went but I left satisfied with my piece of cold chocolate cake. P.S. these types of restaurants charge your children by height so remember to pay, attention and ask questions so you won't be caught off guard!

This place is awesome! The food was great, everything was really good. There was so much food we could not eat it all. We got the seafood all you could eat for $40, and it was way more than worth it. The hush puppies are magnificent, and I don't really like them like that!!! There was mussels, and scallops, and snow crab legs, corn , Cole slaw, and so much more. The service was excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable about everything. If you are a seafood lover, you HAVE to visit here !!! I can't wait to go back !

Dined in, ordered seafood boils and appetizers. Boils came out before the appetizers only to find out after we complained they forgot about appetizers. Seafood boil bag were missing the eggs we ordered. The seasoning for the seafood boil was bland. No seasoning or flavor to it. The wings came out and were undercooked and the fries were soggy. To top it off when we complained to the manager, he went back and forth with us, told us that he likes the food himself and kept debating with us about the service we were getting. Waiters were loudly complaining as they walled thru the aisles all night. They lack customer service. Only positive out of this place was the music selection and the fact that it is BYOB. Other than that they new training on customer service and new management and new cooks. Don’t waste your money.

Koya was amazing. She was super friendly, personable, helpful and attentive. Went in for dinner and found they offer all you can eat for $45/pp. The options came with all types of appetizer choices such as wings, catfish, soft shell crab, etc. Then you select traditional crab boil items. Everything was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Called my order in 15 minutes before arriving. Was told it would be 15 minutes. Arrived and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes. That’s 30 minutes total. Okay, fine. I Stood by the front to wait, and had to ask the younger adults up front to check on my order. He went back and came right out with my order. Wonder if I hadn’t asked him to check, would anyone have gone back?? In any restaurant setting, if a customer is waiting for their order, the servers should be on point about going back to the kitchen and asking for updates. I shouldn’t have to remind you to get an update for me. Then when he finally brought the food out, I checked my bag (I always do) to make sure everything was accounted for. 2 eggs were missing. The young adult looked as if he didn’t feel like addressing the issue, and kind of hesitated on what he needed to do. There wasn’t any apology or “sorry about that”. It was just “here you go”. (my boil with the 2 eggs I payed for). When you make a mistake, you apologize for it. That’s apart of customer service. And, when your dealing with customers, they should have your attention. I shouldn’t have to interrupt you & your friends conversation, just so I can get assistance with checking out my order. You should already be paying attention. The customer service needs an upgrade for sure.
